On April 11, 2019 a draw was held through the Skilled Workers Overseas stream where Manitoba issued 403 invitations to the immigration candidates.

The Skilled workers overseas are the integral part of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). Every year, the province elect fixed number of economic candidates for the Canadian Permanent Residence.

The pool of candidates which the Express Entry system manages are Canada’s key economic immigration categories are the Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trade Class and Canadian Experience Class

A candidate can obtain additional 600 points with a provincial nomination from Manitoba Express Entry towards their Express Entry ranking score. They are also are efficiently assured for an invitation to apply for Canadian permanent residence.

Submission of a separate Expression of Interest profile to the MPNP is required as to be considered for a provincial nomination from Manitoba Express Entry from the candidates.

Based on the rank, the score is granted for the elements that comprise of Education, Work Experience and candidate’s connection to Manitoba. High ranked candidates are invited to apply for a provincial nomination through the regular draw.

Valid Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code are required for the Express Entry candidates in the April 11 draw.
